MAPP MTL

MAPP_MTL est un organisme à but non lucratif dont la mission est de développer et promouvoir le potentiel du vidéo mapping. Actif tout au cours de l’année avec des collaborations à Montréal et à l’international, MAPP MTL tient un grand événement annuel au mois d’octobre aux abords du Mile End et du Mile Ex, et depuis 2018 dans le Quartier des spectacles. 

Le thème de cette 7e édition était multiples dimensions. On a travaillé à représenter ces multiples dimensions à travers un canevas typographique permettant de mettre en valeur la vocation de l'évènement, la projection mapping. À l'intérieur de ce cadre on pouvait y intégrer les œuvres des différents artistes de l'événement et les faire danser dans de multiples dimensions.

MAPP_MTL is active throughout the year with collaborations in Montreal and on the international stage, while holding its own festival annually in the Mile End and the Mile Ex, and since 2018 in the Quartier des spectacles. 

The theme of this 7th edition was multiples dimensions. We worked on representing them through a typographic canvas that highlighted the purpose of the event: projection mapping. Within this framework, we were able to integrate the artworks of different artists participating in the event and make them dance in multiple dimensions.
